Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Handmade, custom, or special-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship primarily through USPS and UPS.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your home.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding during these times.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in our area. If local pickup is selected at checkout, you’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.
