At Timber & Grace, home is at the heart of everything we do. Each piece is thoughtfully chosen or carefully made, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Furniture and large décor items
• Burnable candles (including jar, pillar, taper, votive, or wax products)
• Flameless candles that have been used or are not in original packaging
• Paint products (including opened or unopened paint)
• Iron Orchid Designs (IOD) products
• Pillows, throws, and linens that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging
• Skincare items. 
• Custom, handmade, or special-order items
• Clearance or sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
